Shipping Methods and Timeframe
At Brogue, we strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping services for our customers. We partner with TRAX for all our shipping needs. Orders are typically delivered within 4-6 business days from the date of dispatch. All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Lahore.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and the weight of the package. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Visit the TRAX website and enter your tracking number to view the status of your shipment.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to the absence of the recipient or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, TRAX will attempt to deliver the package again. If the delivery fails again, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery, and additional shipping charges may apply.
Items Not Received But Marked as Delivered
In rare cases, you may not receive your package even though the tracking status shows it has been delivered. If this occurs:
- Check with Neighbors and Household Members: Sometimes, packages are left with neighbors or household members. Please check with them to see if they have received your package.
- Contact TRAX: Reach out to TRAX customer service with your tracking number to get more details about the delivery.
- Notify Us: If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us at brogue.pkofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will work with TRAX to investigate the issue and provide a resolution.
